 Hello,

 

I am thinking of buying a grain mill for my breadmaking and would like to
have as much information, tips, advice etc before I make a purchase.

 

I usually buy stoneground organic spelt and khorasan/Kamut Flour. I make a
big sourdough loaf approx once a fortnight to once a week.

 

Can anyone give any suggestions??
